Junior Year, Frizzy Hair, and Heavy Eyelids

My life in a snapshot:

8:00 AM10:45AM: Wake up, throw on some clothes from the clean pile, brush teeth, pile hair into something presentable, Go to Class #1

(Me Waking Up In The Morning)

11:00 AM–12:30PM: Go to job #1, accidentally send out a news release that contains classified information regarding the US government, pray you don’t get fired… or arrested by homeland security…

1:00 PM–2:15 PM: Go to Class #2, try to stay awake while you learn all kinds of scintillating information about the importance of media planning

(Me During Class #2)

2:30 PM–3:45 PM: Go to Class #3 (this is the class your professor actually reads this blog for so… moving on)

4:00 PM–5:15 PM: Go to Class #4, sit in a desk while your peers tell you exactly how much you suck at writing poetry

5:30 PM–9:30 PM: Go to Job #2, repeat the words “what can I get for you” and “will you be paying in flex or swipes” over and over until you think that getting arrested by homeland security really wouldn’t be so bad after all

(Job #2)

9:45 PM–10:45 PM: Peel off the uniform that smells like burgers and onion rings, put on yoga pants, go to the gym, if you don’t go to the gym you won’t be able to justify eating your snickers bar in the morning and then you’d be an emotional wreck

11:00 PM–11:30 PM: Shower, twist up your hair because you’re natural and if you don’t twist it up you’ll look like Africa in the morning

(Africa)

africa

11:30 PM–Until You Fall Asleep On Your Textbook: Do Homework, post on blog, write two papers, write more poetry for ungrateful peers, get through 487890 pages of dense reading material about intercultural communication

REPEAT.

Ain’t college grand?
